Jeremy Blair joined WellStone as Chief Clinical Officer in 2011 and became CEO in 2017. Jeremy earned a BS in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University, and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.

He has worked in non-profit mental healthcare for more than 25 years, dedicated to serving children, adolescents, and adults suffering from mental illness and substance use disorders. Jeremy serves on the boards of LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and Huntsville Committee of 100.

Nicole Gibson joined WellStone in 2020 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Prior to joining WellStone, Nicole served as an auditor for a regional public accounting firm. She completed her Master of Accountancy from the University of North Alabama and became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2021.

A native of Kansas, Nicole, along with her husband, Kyle and five pets, have lived in the Rocket City since 2019. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors. On her days off, you can find her along the Tennessee River, on a walking trail, or in her garden.

Josaylon Henry is WellStone’s Chief Clinical Officer, a position she has held since 2017. As CCO, Josaylon is responsible for the quality of clinical services provided to all WellStone clients.  Josaylon graduated from Alabama A & M University with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. 

She has more than 25 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse recovery services.  A certified Alcohol Drug Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, Josaylon has worked in several capacities, from substance abuse therapist to day treatment supervisor, before becoming the Children and Adult Division Director.  Josaylon takes pride in her community and serves on the Board of Directors for North Alabama Community Care agency.  

Chris Van Dyke grew up in Madison County but now calls Cullman home. He served as Executive Director of the Cullman Area Mental Health Authority from 2005 until 2017. When the group merged with the Huntsville Madison County Mental Health Center to become WellStone, he transitioned to Chief Operating Officer. 

Chris holds Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Alabama, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mobile.  Chris spearheads the annual Oktoberfest Run, which raises funds for the Cullman Mental Health Foundation.  He also has a lifelong passion for audio production, which he currently utilizes at church and in community theatre. He and his wife, Delaine, have four children.
