Outpatient Counseling
Professional therapists provide individual, family, or group sessions at our Nova Center locations in Huntsville and Cullman. Whether a child is dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or relationship challenges, our counselors work with families to build coping skills and strengthen connection.
Outreach Counseling
When in-office sessions aren’t enough—or aren’t possible—our outreach team meets youth in their homes, schools, or community settings. These sessions are especially suited for more serious conditions or transitional phases, typically lasting 3–4 months, and always structured around a shared care plan.
Step-Down & Transition Care
As youth make progress, services can shift from intensive outreach to standard outpatient therapy. This gradual transition helps maintain stability, encourages independence, and ensures families continue receiving the right level of support at the right time.
Launch
For youth ages 16–24 who are out of school, our Launch Career Guidance and Assistance program is another outreach option, helping with education, employment, and life transition planning while engaging in therapeutic support.
