Psychiatric & Nursing Support for Adults 19 & Older

Medical support is available to adults through WellStone’s integrated psychiatric and nursing services, designed to help manage behavioral health conditions through evaluation, medication, and care coordination.

Psychiatric Services

WellStone’s team of board-certified psychiatrists and certified nurse practitioners provide:

• Psychiatric evaluations

• Medication management

• Ongoing monitoring and treatment planning

Appointments are typically available monthly and follow a personalized plan of care, with the goal of stepping down to less intensive services over time. Services are offered at:

• 1909 Commerce Avenue, Building 3, Cullman, AL 35055

Psychiatric staff collaborate closely with other caregivers as needed to ensure coordinated care.

Nursing Services

Registered nurses support clients between psychiatric appointments, helping manage medications and address day-to-day needs.

• Available to assist with symptom management and medication education

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and primary care providers

• Offer ongoing support to promote behavioral health stability
