Comprehensive Residential Care for Adults 19 & Older
WellStone provides residential treatment for adults with serious and persistent mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Multiple levels of care are available across North Alabama to meet a variety of needs—from short-term crisis stabilization to long-term supportive living.
Supported Apartments
Scattered-site apartments throughout the community offer individuals the opportunity to live independently—either alone or with a roommate.

Group Homes
Group homes are located in both urban and rural settings, staffed 24/7/365 by WellStone clinical support personnel.

Available in 3-bed, 10-bed, and 16-bed configurations

Staff assist with daily living and behavioral health management

Residents work on building basic life skills with the goal of moving toward more independent living
Crisis & Acute Care
Facilities are staffed 24/7 by trained support personnel and focus on stabilization and recovery.

Typical length of stay: 14 to 30 days
